Using the toothpick as a handle, dip the entire cream puff into the warm melted chocolate until the cream puff is completely covered. Place the coated cream puff back on the cookie sheet. Continue this process until all the cream puffs have been enrobed. Place the cream puffs back into the freezer allowing the chocolate to harden. After the chocolate has had a chance to harden remove the toothpicks and drizzle the pink frosting on top of each cream puff for a designer finish. Place the cream puffs back into the freezer until ready to serve. Remove the cream puffs 30 minutes prior to serving. Thoroughly clean and rinse the fresh strawberries. Slice the strawberries or serve as a whole. Place strawberries on a dish with thawed creamed puffs and enjoy with a nice glass of sparkling wine or your favorite specialty coffee.
